Princesses at the Library

Posted by on April 30, 2013

Do you have a girl who loves princesses? We have 2 great opportunities for you. On Wed., May 1, from 6:00-7:00PM, Children’s Center for Dance Education will be bringing their ballerinas to dance scenes from their upcoming “Cinderella” ballet. This is a perfect time for little kids to experience a live performance in small doses in a familiar setting. After the performance, kids are invited to visit with the ballerinas and get their pictures taken.

On Sat., May 4, at 10:00AM, the Children’s Department will be hosting their annual “Princess Party.” Girls, ages 3-8, are invited to wear their princess clothes and join us for a morning filled with princess activities. We’ll have games, crafts, snacks and (of course) a beautiful princess chair for photo taking. Don’t forget your cameras! Girls older than 8 may come 15 minutes early to find out which station they can volunteer to help out at. Questions? Call 812-854-5468, ext. 306 or e-mail .
