OTPL/Central Library/Newburgh will show “The Violin”, directed by Francisco Vargas, a Spanish drama with English subtitles on April 17 in the Diamond Room beginning at 6pm. Runtime is 98 minutes. This film is the most internationally awarded Mexican film in history. The film follows an aging musician, who fiddles his way into the front lines of Mexico’s peasant revolts during the 1970′s.
