Free Lunch & Learn –According to the AARP, a high percentage of people – even retirees – don’t have estate plans and those who have plans often have documents that are out of date. Don’t wait until it’s too late. The Ohio Township Central Library and H.E.L.P. (Healthcare Education Learning Partners) are collaborating for a Lunch & Learn program to help demystify estate planning. This free lunch and informational session takes place on Wednesday, March 13 at 12:00 p.m. in the Diamond Room at the Ohio Township Central Library in Newburgh.
Glenn Deig, a certified Elder Law Attorney will be the speaker. He will present an estate planning program focusing on the following topics: power of attorney, health care representation, living wills, wills vs. trusts, and asset protection. Come join us to learn how to protect your assets and make it easier for your loved ones to handle your affairs the way you want, when you can no longer do so and also afterward, during a time of grief.
